Board of Directors

The Board tries to ensure that a cross section of the community is represented, with a variety of ages and background experiences. While members bring a range of skills and interests to board work, everyone shares a commitment to community service in general and to the clinic in particular.

Nancy Cooke

Nancy Cooke

Nancy Cooke, President

Nancy joined the board in March, 2010. She has lived in Alsea since 1989 with her husband and three children, who are now all grown and have moved on. Nancy has been working in the Benton County Public Library system for almost 14 years, primarily in Corvallis. In February, 2012, she accepted the position of Community Library Specialist at the Alsea Local Branch Library. Most days find her out gardening, but cooking, traveling, hiking, and eating all come in as close seconds. Nancy says that if she can do any or all of these activities with family members, she is all the happier!
