Almost all insurances are accepted, i.e. Regence Blue Cross, PacificSource, Oregon Health Plan (Intercommunity Health Network), Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans, ODS/MODA, and many more. Just ask!
We will bill your insurance company for you, but we ask that you provide the co-payment amount at the time of service. You will receive a statement every month. If your insurance company hasn’t paid within 60 days, we advise you to contact them directly. Please read our Payment Policy for clarification.

Payment is expected at the time of service. If you don’t have insurance, we offer a discount for those that meet low income guidelines. You can view our Discount Policy here. We accept cash, check, debit cards, and credit cards for payment of services.
